Membership Subscription
By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Ollie Wash to automatically charge your credit card on initial purchase and on a monthly basis. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website’s cancellation form, with at least three days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.
SMS and Email Communications
As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.
Changes and Cancellations
Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Ollie Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.
Terms and Conditions
Membership may be redeemed up to once per Day and is for personal use only, not intended for commercial use. Membership is for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours. Gift cards may not be applied toward membership plans. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
